Sandoz Russia is currently looking for a candidate for Category Manager position.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited :

Support development and management of company-wide and category specific strategic marketing projects

Work close with Portfolio team to determine the appropriate portfolio mix / focus based on consumer, medical insights , market fit

Drive communication strategy (platform) and tools development to maximize category sales potential.

Develop 5 P strategic imperatives for each brands in the category

Monitor market to understand competitors, patients , customer needs to identify new business opportunities , forecast possible impacts on sales, propose strategy , investigate threats and lead mitigation strategy

Minimum requirements

You would be a good match for this role, if you :

Higher Degree in marketing

  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG / pharma brand marketing with huge media brands within multinational environment on position of Marketing Manager, Group Product Manager;
  • Experience of people management;
  • Experience of leading of multinational / global marketing and market research projects;
  • Experience of 360 degrees communication strategy development and implementation;
  • Portfolio optimization experience;
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic mindset;
  • Russian fluent, English fluent
