    Business Development Manager mission is to drive change and re-think growth business model to enable leading position of our brands balancing well between managing current business and driving future.


  • RTM Management : Defining efficient RTM and integrating into overall business strategy;
  • Distributor Management & Engagement :

  • Choose, assess distributor(s), build, develop and sustain strong partnership and efficient business relationships;
  • Engaging distributor(s) through ongoing and impactful communication, clear priorities, shared vision, strategy and ambition;
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities between EVI and distributor - who does what in relation to KA etc.;
  • Customer Management / KA Management : Nego with priority KA, relationships management and category development within customers directly or in collaboration with dedicated KAM (depending on the structure);
  • JBP development :

  • Develop annual Joint business plan based on EVI Strategy and priorities, listing growth levers and key milestones;-
  • Close monitoring of JBP weekly;
  • HotSpots : Map HotSpots - districts and places where our target consumers work, live, relax and shop, ensure dominance and excellence in execution;
  • New Business Development Opportunities identifications and realization :

  • Invest time in market analysis - macro / micro, reflecting and strategic thinking, prototyping and testing new ideas;
  • monitor competition and trends outside of competition that could enable our business growth;
  • Co-building cluster and brand strategy for the market : In line with EVI strategy and focuses - co-build together with cross-

    funtional team and Zone Director the strategy for the scope - cluster / country.

    Business Performance Monitoring : Regular detailed KPIs monitoring focusing on excellence in execution :

  • JBP Scorecard - monthly before GPS;
  • EVIP ->
  • E&A : estimations and actuals on shipments and depletions by country and SCU;
  • Monopoly - investments (PPE & PPR) - quarterly;
  • HotSpot tool - retroplanning;
  • Ensuring Excellence in Execution :

  • Go out to the market regularly to monitor execution;
  • search for best practice and inspiration and share proactively with the EVI teams involved;
  • Distributor Team Development and Engagement :

  • Communicate, train, co-build - invite to collaborate, co-create upon the priorities;
  • ensure proximity with key people in the distributor's team and establish the way to influence the execution team - training, monitoring etc.

    The role is a great next step for an ambitious commercial profile with experience in KA sales, direct and / or indirect sales, additional background in PRGM (profitable revenue growth management), Sales Analytics, Category and Channel management.

    Driving change and strategic thinking should be distinctive strengths to succeed.
