Job Description

  • Demand planning on "customer-warehouse-sku" level for Lokal Key Accounts. Creating and maintaining short-, mid-, long-term forecasts;
  • Regular update of operational sales forecast based on historical sales, planned promo and other events for responsible KA;
  • Contribute to S&OP process by providing analytics and forecast data;
  • Preparing reports and analytics for Sales and Supply teams;
  • Cooperative demand planning with several Local Key Accounts (Joint Forecasting) in order to improve accuracy and eliminate service risks;
  • Multifunctional cooperating with Demand Planning, Production Planning, Deployment and LKA Sales teams to ensure best possible service level in case of forecast revision, possible risks, NPD launches etc.;
  • Keep Sales Director and NASMs (National Account Sales Managers) informed about potential supply risks and issues (production capacity restriction, visible raw material supply issues, assortment and other changes);
  • Support promo planning by SKU / DC / week in order to achieve category strategy, reveal sales growth opportunities andkey areas to focus on;
  • Improve Sales team understanding of forecasting process.
