Job Purpose :

Develop, implement and be accountable for OTC product (brand ACC) marketing plans which provide achievement of sales targets, optimise profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term.

Accountabilities :

Achieve sales targets for the product

To develop effective marketing plan in line with company standards and sector strategy.

Develop and implement promotional operational plan in line with strategic product objectives

Ensure effective budget allocation and control of expenses

Communicate to FF and other key people product information, marketing strategy and key activities

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and opinion leaders

Continuously update therapy, product and market knowledge. Future trends anticipated and communicated to FF and key people in organisation

Monitor product performance

Develop and produce promotion materials and advertising tools

Requirements :

Working experience as Product manager or Senior Product Manager with a well-known pharmaceutical company (Rx product is preferable)

Sales experience is a plus

University degree : medicine / pharma

Good command of spoken and written English

Good analytical and communication skills

Passionate with clear winner and challenging spirit
