Offer Marketing Manager’s mission is to co-create and market the best Offer for our targeted Customers.
As the Offer Marketing Manager for Final Distribution Optimum, your role will involve building, coordinating and executing Offer Management plans both for existing product ranges (Acti9, SmartLink, PowerTag, OEM Offer, Pragma) and new Offer Launches.
As a part of your mission, you will create, review, update and implement Product Strategy Plan for all respective go to markets (Distribution, Panel Builders, Resellers, Small Contractors, EcoXperts, OEM).
Along with this mission you will be leading Offer Marketing projects (e.g. AFDD subject to further discussion).
To succeed in this role, you need to have innate curiosity for customers and technology, passion for Schneider Electric products, and strong ambition to strengthen Schneider Electric’s leadership position in Final Distribution.
Key responsibilities include :
The Product Manager’s role assumes daily work with multiple teams inside (Commercial team, Logistics, MasterData, Customer Care Center, Demand Planning, Marcom, Operational Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Certification, Quality department) and outside Schneider Electric (Partners, Customers, Mass Media) etc.
Proven successful track record in product management at least 3 years with international brands, power distribution market is preferred but not conditional.
Technical expertise in Electrical Distribution field.
Major in Electrical Engineering and similar fields (MPEI, Bauman Institute, etc.) is preferred. A second degree or vocational trainings in Marketing is an advantage.
Must possess curiosity, analytical mindset and passion to excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, Pivot tables and large data files)
Outstanding in presentation (content, design, language, rapport) both in English and Russian
