The Recruiter is responsible for working with Business Leaders and providing client satisfaction of LM’s Business Leaders.

The Recruiter will work closely with the operation management and staff. The person in this role will plan and implement recruiting process and provide a qualified candidate pool for Business Streams.

This role requires project management & recruiting experience to meet client satisfaction goals.

Effectively provide sourcing, screening, and hiring process. This will be achieved through the development of collaboration with Business Leaders, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

  • Plan recruiting activities for Business
  • Provide a sourcing service to full-cycle which includes determining the needs with Business Leaders, updating the job descriptions as necessary, sourcing, screening, on boarding and follow up throughout the recruitment process
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates via networking, social media outlets, internet searches, events attendance, organization memberships, and employee references
  • Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates
  • Report and analyze sourcing metrics on a monthly basis
  • Network through industry contacts
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Conduct interviews
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Требования : Qualifications :

    Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years’ successful experience with Recruiting agencies (e-commerce expertise as a plus) , using staffing tools such as applicant tracking software, HR systems, electronic job boards, social media and candidate sourcing applications
  • Project management, Time management skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple sourcing activities simultaneously
  • Passionate about recruitment with outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communications skills, with a customer-service focus
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Ability to display initiative in sharing of information and updating information timely
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Business management
  • Resourcefulness
  • Ability to be detail-oriented
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
