Responsibilities :

Manage the full-life cycle professional recruiting process (middle and senior positions)

Create pipeline of qualified potential candidates (internal and external), manage talent mapping projects

Work with Hiring Managers and HR Business partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end, holding advisory meetings, cosulting on the most effective recruitment strategy and sourcing plan

Responsibility for the period of closing vacancies and cost through the recruitment cycle

Development of sourcing methods to find the best talents, based on lthe atest trends and digital solutions

Assessment of candidates according to the leadership competencies accepted in the company

Coach hiring managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques

Provide analytics on the market

Negotiate with final candidates on offer conditions

Track the performance and achievement of kpi in the recruitment process

Requirements : Higher education

Higher education

Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience (not mass recruitment)

Desirable to have experience in recruitment agencies and production sites

Strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills

Capability in recruiting for wide variety positions in multiple functional disciplines

Strong sourcing skills through the different channels

English language (Intermediate)

Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills, customer and marketplace focus

Initiative and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often changing, priorities and deadlines
