  • Implementation of ISO 9001 requirements in different processes and departments.
  • Preparation and conducting ISO 9001 internal and external audits.
  • Registering and execution complaints and customer’s issues / claims using CCRP (Customer Complaint Resolution Process) Tool in accordance with established requirements and practices.
  • In cooperation with employees from other structural units resolve customer issues, create necessary corrective actions etc.
  • Planning, execution, coaching of employees in improvement projects.
  • Trainings for the employees for different tools in the company.
  • Interaction with the other units in order to find out the root cause of the problem and to define the action list.
  • Assists with the creation and implementation of, and ensures conformance with, instructions, guidelines and procedures to drive standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements.
  • Creating of different types of reporting for business needs in terms of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Interaction with Self regulation organizations (SRO), implementation of Russian legislation requirements for the types of works that are under SRO’s regulation.
  • Fulfill the requirements of QMS, industrial safety regulations, HSE documentation and standards.
  • Requirements : Education :

    Education :

  • University graduate (quality management preferably) or technical professional education.
  • Experience :

  • Previous work experience on similar position - over 2 year.
  • Experience in not less than 4 internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001 and at least 3 external audits.
  • Internal audit for ISO 9001 certificate (preferably).
  • Knowledge and experience of applying of Lean 6 sigma or the other methodologies for improvements
  • Experience of improvement projects (preferably).

  • Skills and expertise in complaints resolution
  • Analytical thinking
  • Self-sufficiency and proactive approach towards assigned tasks
  • Able to reach goals in a changing environment (contingencies)
  • Able to work in a team
  • PC skills :

  • PC experienced user.
  • User knowledge of MS Office products.
  • SAP user (preferably).
  • Foreign languages
  • A good level of English language (spoken, business correspondence with foreign partners).
