Your Responsibilities :
Play a key role in the delivery of HR initiatives and projects to embed & grow the new HR Operations model and the Service Delivery Model (SDM) within the Country / Cluster
Based on the country demand plan, lead or contribute to the delivery of key cross-country or business related projects / objectives with increased need on Generalist resourcing
Develop activities / project plans to include milestones, accountabilities, objectives, contingencies, and interdependencies;
recommend appropriate project management processes to ensure success, bringing ADP and Project Management methodologies into play
Lead the development, implementation, and embedding of key performance and progress measures and generating data insights to ensure quality of initiatives / projects implementation
Work with assigned Effectiveness Team members to coordinate process improvement activities across HR Operations to increase work efficiency and productivity
Work with HRM to coach & build the line manager people management capability to create a positive employee environment
Proactively promote pragmatic and best practice approaches and interventions that drive the HR and business agenda forward
Efficiently contribute to key governance forums (Customer Board, HR Council, HR Performance meeting, etc.)
Resolve ER / IR issues and implement action / strategies to reduce such issues and enhance performance.
Understand the HR Risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks
Basic qualifications :
Education : university degree, Human Resources specialization will be an advantage;
3+ years’ experience and proven track record in working across the core HR functions with specific experience in one or more expert HR field
Fluent English and Russian written and spoken
Project Management, business processing, change management and continuous improvement / ADP skills
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills in order to influence across businesses in a matrix structure
Ability to exercise good judgement and initiative in finding solutions
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Complete set of wide HR competencies : labor law, compensation & benefits, people development
Preferred qualifications :
Set of core HR Capabilities : Relationship Management, Leading and delivering change, HR Service Delivery, HR Governance & Risk, Knowledge Management, Data Metrics and Analytics.
