Deutcshe Post / DHL is a very large logistics and delivery company, Number 1 in Germany.
The goal of project is 2nd level support of 4 information systems inside it : Postfinder, SWV Managesoft, PTS-TLE, KGB.
The training and knowledge transfer will be done offsite and onsite in Brazil.
Fluent German (All tickets, documentations and service manuals are only in German language available. Even the customer communication and the ticket handling (solution documentation) has to be done in German language.)
Experience with 2nd level support, incident management, & problem management will be nice to have
Software development knowledge (Java, SQL, Perl, C++, Unix), experience in one or more of languages and SQL
Logfile analysis skill will be nice to have
Windows server administration skills will be nice to have
Incident management, problem management
Communication with customer
Bugfix, configuration and change request development.
System knowledge is not relevant, there will be 3 months knowledge transfer period from Brazilian colleagues
