Develop and propose RRP (Reduced Risk Products) brand marketing initiatives in accordance with defined objectives and strategy to achieve annual as well as short and long term goals.
Support BM with new product launches and further product deployment and activation.
Evaluate progress on the objectives on a regular basis
Constantly monitor sales, market, and consumer data in order to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and provide corrective measures
Manage agencies by providing clear briefs, outlining strategy, what has to be accomplished, the scope of assignments and project timelines.
Build & maintain an excellent relationships with business partners, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure consistent communication across all channels. Key skills and behaviors :
Marketing and field experience is a must
Understanding of RRP products and its roles
Distribution building and planning knowledge’s is a plus
Understanding of retail environment (not PMI infrastructure) is an advantage
Action & details oriented strong analytical, collaboration and problem solving skills fast learner with ability to manage multitasking concise communicator
