This position is a visitor to the college filling a full-time, one-year position directing the College’s Entrepreneurship Law Clinic at its Boise location.
The Entrepreneurship Law Clinic is devoted to outreach of the startup and small business community in Idaho. It serves as the base of administration for the PTO-
sponsored Patent Pro Bono program for the State of Idaho and also operates as a PTO Certified Trademark Clinic. There may be summer opportunities available to this position.

Engage in outreach and engagement relevant to the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic and the PTO-sponsored Patent Pro Bono Program, which may include participation in local, statewide, national, and international associations, including professional organizations such as bar associations, scholarly organizations, and law-
reform organizations such as the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association.

Contribute to the College, the University, and the legal profession by serving on college and university committees and projects.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
4) at least five years of post-J.D. practice, clerking, or teaching experience; and (5) active membership in at least one state bar and the ability to obtain Idaho bar admission by December 2018.
3) experience in trademark prosecution before the PTO; and (4) registration with the PTO as a patent attorney.
