As Legal Counsel, you willbe a member of EAST legal team, reporting to its Legal Director. The positionis based in Moscow, Russia.
You will counsel andwork closely with business team members within Nike on a wide rangeof commercial contracts and business law issues, with a bias towards brandrelated issues (including IP), anti-
trust, sales and distribution, franchising,creditor legal issues and procurement transactions. You will also help drive regulatorycompliance within the organization.
You will be flexible,pragmatic, solution driven, commercially minded and enjoy negotiation. You musthave the confidence to make informed decisions and assessments on legal risk inthe best interests of the organization with a deep understanding of the biggerpicture.

Degree in law from a reputable university.
