Job Description

  • Annual customer marketing calendar planning and management for all NKA clients, according to business priorities, new product launches plan and clients’ strategy (incl.
  • activities and budgeting)

  • Leading and execution of PO1 sampling for NKA clients (juices part)
  • DMR planning support : promo plan analyses, focusing on promo efficiency mix business priorities per client
  • To build post promo analysis process and constant promo management alignment with sales team
  • Strong KAM’s support : efficient promo planning, in-store execution plan, P&L management (activities, secondary placement, sampling, degustation)
  • PBR, MBR meeting support : analytics, presentation
  • Cross-function communication and cooperation : sales, planning, marketing, finance, commercialization, supply,
  • Clients visits workshops preparation and participation regarding to CM part
  • Stage Gate process
  • PEP supplier’s cooperation
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Higher education (marketing, economic, finance)
  • PC (Excel, Power Point, mainly) highly competent
  • English must Upper-intermediate
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Highly positive in accepting changing environment
  • Good planning, organizing and communication abilities
  • Ability and readiness to work under pressure tough and resistant
  • Feeling of personal responsibility for the process
  • Punctuality and accuracy
