Job Description

Join a team of highly skilled engineers of Product Installation Development team. We are looking for a motivated and innovative student with programming skills who is interested in building a career of software engineer at Intel.

You will be involved in the Software Development Life cycle in stage of product release and deployment for most of Intel Software Development products and will have cross-

geo and cross-team collaboration with engineering teams across Intel. You will receive experience with development of cross-

platform Intel Installer applications, learn different technologies for software distribution channels (YUM, APT, Maven, Anaconda, NuGet, etc.

and native install technologies (MSI, RPM, etc.) for Windows, Linux and macOS, development and support product packaging, and testing automation.

Main qualifications :

  • A student of daily course, at least 3rd year of Bachelor's degree and above, pursuing a degree in Math, Computer Sciences, Physics
  • Knowledge of Python, Perl, JavaScript, Bash script or any other scripting languages
  • Experience in C / C++ development either in Windows* and / or Linux*
  • Knowledge of Windows* and / or Linux*, macOS* platforms
  • Good communication and written skills in local and English language
  • Quick learner, ability work independently and together with the team, and be able to handle complex problems related to software development.
  • Additional preferred skills :

  • Programming skills in Microsoft Windows Installer technologies, RPM, or Conda
  • Experience in cross-platform SW development for Windows*, Linux*, macOS*
  • Experience in QT applications development with QT Widgets or QML based user interfaces
  • Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, programming patterns and OOP.
  • Experience in .Net Framework (C# or C++) development
  • Familiarity with unit tests frameworks and tests development
  • Familiarity with version control practices and experience in working with Git version control system
  • Knowledge of software product release processes
