Role Summary :

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a EMEA Program Lead based in Haifa. You will be responsible for leading a 3-

year program of 250 270 small construction projects for approximately $40 million to $50 million per year in 37 countries across EMEA, with most work in 6 major hub’ countries.

The role mainly involves general purpose commercial office fit-outs and renovation projects, lab fit-outs, data centre changes and M&E upgrades.

What this job involves

  • Profit and Loss management; own and manage all program costs, revenues and margin.
  • CRM lead for projects contract; own and manage relationships with client’s EMEA management for the projects contract.
  • Manage team of 30 staff in 5 countries. Talent identification and hiring, training and development, performance management and succession planning.
  • Develop and execute annual account plan and strategic objectives.
  • Own and manage EMEA contract performance, program deliverables and contract governance.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure project schedule, scope, cost, safety and quality.
  • Manage upcoming project pipeline tracking, resource planning and financial forecasting.
  • Lead commercial and contractual relationships with JLL’s strategic project delivery partners.
  • Own and manage EMEA program indicators and performance metrics; develop action plans to address gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to drive margin growth and extend service scope.
  • Lead transitions and major business change projects.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

  • Advanced Excel skills with good Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project skills.
  • Essential excellent knowledge of the EMEA design & construction supply chain, especially Israel
  • Candidate must demonstrate personal impact and gravitas, with high velocity & speed of response and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Positive, solution-oriented communications and a willingness to take responsibility.
  • Experience / Qualifications

  • Essential minimum of 12 15 years’ experience of project management and construction management
  • Essential minimum of 5 7 years’ experience as senior commercial / program leader in a multi-national EMEA corporate environment, with a solid track record of results, especially in Israel.
  • Preferred minimum 5 7 years’ experience of delivering programs of multiple interior fit-out projects with numerous projects in WIP simultaneously
  • Essential minimum 12 15 years’ experience of working for a General Contractor acting as principal, with responsibility for executing projects within fixed price lump sum project budgets.
  • Essential Bachelor’s degree in a numerate and / or engineering discipline.
