  • WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    You will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing logistics arrangements in Russia together with the Logistic Manager.

    You will work in close cooperation with the Accountants and Logistics Manager in order to make sure that we uphold a good service level to our customers.

    You will report to the Finance Manager Eastern Europe and your focus area will be to handle and administrate the orders, invoices and customers in a service minded and efficient way.

    Your main activities will include but not be limited to :

    Handle / be main contact for dailycustoms administration such as :

  • Order administration
  • Preparation of import documentation
  • Create invoices
  • Keep track and statistics regarding all imports
  • Communicate logistics details with Axis logistics department in Sweden
  • Contact and being available for HQ and distributors
  • Follow up delivering process
  • Function as a backup for our Logistics Manager in all areas when needed, such as :

  • Being Axis contact towards customs broker and Customs Authorities
  • Together with Customs broker classify all Axis products for import
  • Solve potential import issues
  • Lead revisions from Customs Authorities if they occur
  • Working as an interface towards operations and financial function in Sweden
  • Support and be available to the accounting / financial function as part of the administration team in Russia. This means taking responsibility for specific tasks if required.

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (full time work after University) and have knowledge / experience from the import / export area, beneficial if previous experience in importing electronics.

    You preferably have a University education and you are very good in English and Russian skills (written and spoken). It is expected that you have high skills in MS office and you are familiar with 1C.

    As a person you have high level of integrity and professionalism, always service minded and target oriented. You have good communications skills and able to work as a part of a team, being cooperative and team oriented.

    You are also motivated to contribute to a growing company that has very high expectations, and you are ready to commit yourself to it by 100%.
