As Bently Nevada Engineer you will provide direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
As a Bently Nevada System and Instrumentation Field Engineer, you will be responsible for :
Installing and configuring Bently Nevada Hardware and Software required for protecting and monitoring variety of machine types
Responding to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment
Providing technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites
Writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time and expense sheets
Preparing internal and external training programs to perpetuate field engineering and product knowledge in area of specialization
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will :
Have Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited college or university (Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
Have relevant experience working in Energy and / or Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals instrumentation.
Have knowledge on Electronics or Mechanical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Hardware, Modbus, OPC, NetDDE and serial communications protocols
Demonstrate assurance when dealing with clients and Embrace a customer focused mindset
Be ready to Travel (up to 80% of working time) and have a valid drivers license
Be fluent in Russian and be able to speak English
Have ability to work on onshore and offshore platforms, remote sites, northern sites
Have excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel.
