Providing control and management of assigned Key Accounts to increase share, volume and value of Henkel Beauty care within those customers, according to the plans and targets.
To be fully responsible for all negotiations and activities with assigned National Key Accounts.
To constantly develop and improve the relationships with assigned National Key accounts.
To prepare the negotiations with all relevant information and statistic.
To analyses the process of chain development, to identify the opportunities and treats, and to prepare the action plan based on the sales results and effectiveness of promotions.
To be responsible for proper for forecasting of volume for each assigned customers.
3-5 years relevant experience in multinational company in JKAM / KAM
Experience in promotion implementation
Finance acumen : understanding of financial basics, knowledge of ways to influence company's financial KPI's in dealing with assigned National Key Accounts.
Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
English level skills : intermediate / upper-intermediate
