We are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team. You will be based in Moscow office reporting to the External Communications Manager (EMEA).
The role will be accountable for delivering strategic, targeted, engaging, measurable and highly articulate corporate communications both internally and externally.
It will include the following elements : media relations (trade and corporate); employee engagement; change communications;
crisis preparedness and issues / crisis management as well as brand stewardship.
The Role :
Identify, plan and deliver inspiring and informative integrated communications for internal stakeholders using existing and new channels;
Identify, plan, execute and evaluate corporate and trade media opportunities; write / edit media relations collateral; and manage relationships with external partners;
Plan, execute and evaluate the company’s country-specific, local stakeholder to support our business activities and communications programmes;
Working with other members of the team, plan and execute a crisis media training programme for senior sub-region individuals, handle day-
to-day crisis’ and issues to effectively protect the company’s corporate reputation;
Using our website, social media channels and other digital communications tools to support corporate communications activity both internally and externally in the sub-region;
Support the management of the Air Products brand to create positive differentiation in the marketplace and support our customer relationships and prospecting efforts;
Support the corporate communications team by taking a share of ownership on the many items that emerge day-to-day and as part of global department initiatives.
The Candidate :
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or a complementary discipline;
8+ years of experience participating in or leading, internal / external integrated communications programmes within a communications department / environment (preferably corporate / B2B);
Confident communicator and presenter;
A strong ability to build personal and organisational relationships especially across diverse groups;
Have strong strategic and written communications experience including writing, editing, proofreading, are essential, plus the ability to present concepts verbally;
Possess excellent organizational and planning skills;
Have superior project management and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet changing and multiple deadlines;
Have experience supporting local business needs, whilst adhering to global corporate guidelines and strategy;
Illustrate strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in traditional communications / digital media / social media;
Be self-motivated with a positive and professional approach.
