  • Responsibilities :

  • Develop and ensure implementation of optimal price directions for Consumer Health products in Russia and CIS markets : Analyze market landscape of price tiers, pricing dynamics, competitive position, market share / growth and brands white spaces;
  • Run elasticity and other pricing analysis on brand- and SKU level;Ensure price points are in line with global and local guidance;
  • Deeply investigate market landscape and identify white spaces and growth areas in Russia and CIS markets;Define pack price line-

  • up taking into consideration channel landscape, shopper missions, compatible pack line-up and white spaces;
  • Develop and maintain integrated approach for mix execution across channels, SKUs, and customers : Conduct profit pool analyses by channel / customer including investments and resource allocation;
  • Develop mix activation plan per NRM lever and set specific KPIs (market share, growth year over year, price index, weighted distribution, share of promo spend, visibility and etc.);
  • Investigate and make use of improvement potential in promotion spend : Co-develop promotion strategy and objectives linked to brand and category strategy;
  • Develop understanding of value-destroying and value-creating events with root cause analysis;
  • Co-track NRM initiatives execution and performance with Local NRM Team, Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, Commercial, Strategic NRM Team and other functions;
  • Coach Marketing, Sales, Insights, Finance teams on NRM methodology, how to drive analyses, how to identify opportunities, how to evaluate opportunities during the NRM process in Russia and CIS;
  • Ensures adherence to industry-specific codes of practice or conduct, advertising codes, regulatory directives and guidelines, as applicable to the role, and to the Program for Legal Compliance and Corporate Responsibility at Bayer.
  • Qualifications :

  • Higher financial / mathematical / technical education;
  • 2 years’ experience at Revenue Growth Analyst / Sales effectiveness consultant or Finance Controller / Business Analytics / Market Research position in multinational FMCG company;
  • Ability to manage data, perform analysis distil insights;
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop and evaluate initiatives;
  • Ability to drive NRM content development apply and adapt standard methodology for local market requirements, focus on key issues, guide iteration of the analyses, identify next steps, focus on major opportunities, develop actionable recommendations;
  • Ability to communicate messages in simple and visual but data and insight driven way, package insights into coherent story flow to best facilitate decision making;
  • Deep understanding of market context : market trends, channel dynamics, competitors activities; consumers and shoppers;
  • brand P&L and key P&L drivers; value and growth drivers in the category;
  • Strategic mindset, business Insight, cultivate innovations, drives results.
