Primary Job Function
Serves as the talent and organization effectiveness (OE) consultant to Plan, execute and deliver talent and OE strategies and interventions for internal clients including :
Work with lead Talent and & OE Consultant to develop strategy to support the execution of business strategy and the unique business needs of the divisions.
Determining how talent and OE solutions are used to achieve long-term business success and add value to meet organizational needs.
Analyzing, designing and delivering a range of talent and OE solutions and designing and implementing performance improvement interventions to meet employee and organizational needs
Core Job Responsibilities
Work with the business and HR leaders to assess, diagnose, plan and implement strategic talent and OE solutions to support business strategy.
Acts as a partner with BHR and business leaders (division and country) to provide talent & OE support to achieve the business objectives.
Measures and reports the impact of talent and OE interventions using evaluation, business metrics and performance results.
Uses BHR and business input to develop the annual L&D strategy in support of business strategy.
Provides consulting support to BHR and / or key customers and stakeholders on executing key talent and OE strategies.
Proactively works with Learning & Development partners to design and implement talent and organization plans. This may include talent management, training, organization effectiveness, org design, culture, leadership development and change management.
May lead or participate in talent management-related activities such as division, country, BAC or Area TMR preparation and facilitation and Talent Management System support.
May facilitate leadership team meetings, leadership alignment, onboarding and coaching
Position Accountability / Scope
Reports to the Russia and CIS Talent and OD Senior Manager Will work directly and independently with country BHR Directors.
Interacts and partners with :
Business leaders including : General Managers and other Business Leaders.
HR including : Regional / Affiliate / Division BHR and Country BHR Director
Talent and OE Consulting colleagues and L&D practice center colleagues
Master’s degree in L&D, OD or related field preferred
Minimum Experience / Training Required
7-10+ years of progressive learning and development experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, org design, training, leadership development, talent management, performance management and change management.
Experience working in large, complex global organizations. Experience in large professional services consulting and / or MNC preferred.
