Key Account Manager Center -West Sales

Main objectives :

The main purpose of the position is providing ongoing support to high value clients and provide company s advanced solutions as well as Implementing business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.

KAM is also accountable to executing and delivering all activities to ensure sales performance through both direct and indirect sales channels and customers within an assigned territory in specific Sales area.

Job summary :

In this role you will create market sales strategy activities within assigned responsibilities taking into account customer needs.

You will drive and execute sales business plan to ensure delivery of results towards existing and potential major accounts.

Based on market information regarding customers, distributors and competitors you will liaise and support Sales Management in providing accurate forecasts, budgets and targets for business control reporting.

You are expected to keep abreast of customer needs and concerns regarding price, delivery and product and services offerings in order to best serve the customer and obtain the most suitable offer for the customer and company profitable business.

To offer technical support that fit customer needs, you will involve technical sales team or external partners with relevant competencies in the needed fields, organize and drive project work for customers.

To extend company market share you need to possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.

Your profile :

We are looking for someone with degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical / manufacturing engineering or economics or a related field.

You have 5 to 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing management with engineering cutting tools skills and knowledge.

You need to have a proven track record in delivering good business results and successful experience from negotiations of commercial terms and conditions with industrial customers.

To drive project work for customers you are strongly expected to obtain practical project management knowledge and experience Working with internal and external stakeholders you need to have an ability to create synergy, collaborate and gain commitment to execute business plan.

You are required to be a good communicator and skilled at making presentations in front of a targeted group as well as able to perform mathematical calculations applicable to product applications and sales statistics.

Fluency in Russian and English language is a strong plus
