Experience in retail sales of steel products (preferably flat products) in Russia 3 years +
Understanding of key trends driving retail sales of steel in Russia today (online marketplaces, new partnership models)
A clear understanding of the competitive environment in retail steel sales in Russia
Proactiveness, readiness to work from scratch in order to create a new fully functioning business stream for the company in Russia, not afraid of challenges and unclarity
