Job Description :

Key responsibilities and entitlements :

Administration Tasks

  • Evaluate and configure CRM system, and provide detailed end user documentation;
  • Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and technical support and guidance to Salesforce end users (Sales Automation, Service Automation, Marketing Automation);
  • Be positioning as a CRM specialist, mentor End-users how to effectively use CRM;
  • Support CRM Deployment projects in respective Region;
  • Cooperate with Digital Leads / Marketers in Segment preparation and loading for Marketing Automation (Eloqua);
  • Support technical interface between Sales and Marketing Automation Tools;
  • Ensure country alignment with CRM CEEMEA Governance.
  • Reporting & Analytics Tasks

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboard requested by local business leaders;
  • Analyze CRM reports & dashboards and provide data explanation and comments;
  • Participate in delivering BSO CRM KPIs;
  • Training Related Tasks

  • Document and share commonly asked questions that should / can be addressed through additional training to the CRM Manager / Country Training Lead;
  • Train users on system functions and business processes in CRM systems;
  • Develop end user’s knowledge and skills through direct coaching and support, while demonstrating how to integrate the application usage in day-
  • to-day activities and improve performance and sales effectiveness.

    Requirement :

  • University graduate;
  • 1-2 years experience with CRM system as advantage;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Self-motivating with initiative;
  • At least intermediate level English language.
