Key Individual Accountabilities

  • Development and deployment customer strategy (top 7 and 150), both annual and long terms SBP
  • Development of strategic relationship with top 7 retailers JBP, lite with top 150, implement cross-functional approach in day-
  • to-day work, contribute to multination retailers cross-boarder JBP

  • Deployment of category strategy and joint category development with top 7 retailers
  • Delivering total NKA sales, including E-commerce
  • Managing retail account management team (SKAMs, KAMs) to ensure delivery of total Russia sales results and DPSM targets at optimal contract and trade investment level
  • Responsible for managing trade terms and customer P&L (G2N, selling), selling budget, DSO, overdue and customer bad debt
  • Team development, hiring & training, coaching, succession planning
  • Evaluation and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Key Shared Accountabilities

  • S&OP, trade investment allocation and deployment, SBP, insights to action, category strategy co-development, compliance
  • Tracking the activities of competitors and collecting market information
  • High education
  • 10 - 15 years’ experience in sales incl NKA
  • Strong communication skills
  • 5 years’ experience in people management
  • English Upper intermediate
  • Location - Moscow
  • K-C will not provide support for relocation of the chosen candidate for this role, if necessary, relocation will be at the candidate’s own expense.

    However, K-C will provide assistance and financial support to obtain immigration visas and work authorization for the chosen candidate, if needed.

    Global VISA and Relocation Specifications :

    This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.
