ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing a group of software engineers and leading them meet their goals - on the personal, group and company levels. Reporting to a local software director.
To work closely with other iTero teams of engineers and stakeholders.
To be ready to discuss requirements timelines and implementation status.
To act as a local focal point and center of leadership for personal or technical issues.
To own quality with code, products and teams. To act as Agile coach when needed.
To deliver, or own the deliveries, on time on content, and on quality.
Ability to document. To design. Ability to follow on and manage on project Gantts.

Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well organized.
Good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational.

Fluent in English
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Proven experience of 10 years in all the aspects of SW development.
Proven experience of running teams of over 10 engineers (10-20)
Proven experience of 3+ years with Microsoft development - technologies and tools.
Proven experience of 3+ years with Agile.
Medical company / devices
Certified / experienced SCRUM master.
