We are looking for a successful HR Business Partner who will provide high-quality consultancy on a diverse set of operational HR issues in our Omsk factory.
It is a key role that ensures the implementation and application of Unilever HR policies and programs throughout the business.
Main responsibilities : ORGANISATION : deliver HR agenda for factories including People strategy and development pillar;
manage HR Budget and FTE, support organizational changes providing appropriate solutions to the business to improve productivity and cost;
lead reward for factories, ensure the existing reward / bonus scheme support for factories targets; support review and update of the company policies.
TALENT : deliver Talent agenda including facilitation of Talent discussion forums; ensure talent supply on time; support organization in building internal talent pipeline and creating performance management culture;
offer advice and challenge to career and development plans of the employees. CAPABILITY : create a capability building program : identify learning needs of the business;
work at both the organizational and individual level to assess learning and capability building needs. CULTURE : develop and execute employer brand strategy;
develop and implement HR business plan to build a performance-oriented organization and reinforce company culture : ensure continuous engagement and motivation of employees, improvement of work relationships & environment, productivity increase, etc.
participate in HR Projects (Wellbeing, OH agenda, etc.). Requirements : Education : university degree, Human Resources specialization will be an advantage;
3 years’ experience as HR BP and proven track record in working across the core HR functions, experience as a generalist is a must;
complete set of wide HR competencies : labor law, compensation & benefits, people development; Experience in a companies with hc more than 300 employees is a must, experience in FMCG market as a plant hr bp will be an advantage;
strong negotiation skill; good knowledge of Russian labor law; general business acumen and understanding of complex business strategies.
Good understanding of financial impacts derived from HR decisions and policies; ability to work in a fast-changing environment;
excellent experience in stakeholder management, ability to build long term partnership; experience in solving different non-
