Build efficient assortment plan, range & price architecture guidelines for Marketplace based on previous seasons statistics & strategic channel vision.
Ensure final x-categories range selection inline with the KPIs & guidelines.
Create fact-based assortment guidelines for category managers.
Assist in the collection of input from channel teams to assess alignment between commercial needs and brand strategy.
Analyze sales, identify areas of opportunity and potential risks to the business.
University degree (Statistics, Analytic, Data science or Economic Faculties).
1-2 years of related experience with proven track record in Retail, FMSG or Food retail (analytics, assortment planning, buying, product management, price architecture).
Upper-Intermediate English level.
Advanced Excel user (Macros writing experience is a plus).
Soft skills : data accuracy, attention with the details, strong analytical & communication skills.
