Primary purpose of the position
Creation and running up the e-commerce strategy, development and strengthening relationship with TOP On-line retailers in Russia, leading and development applications of insight into opportunities to improve business in e-commerce channel.

General duties and responsibilities
On-line Trade Development (Organize all the preparation processes and activities related to entering the new channel, establish first contact, provide rationale and engage stakeholders for prospective business relationship, manage day-
to day retailer relationships, Collaborate with customer stakeholders to ensure listings, product availability and activation of OTC products range on the site, managing trade terms and customer investment agreements)
On-line Promotion (Omni-channel clients : Apteka.ru, Piluli.ru, Zdravcity.ru, Asna.ru, Ozon.ru ) (development of promotion plans for portfolio for each customer, closely collaborate with stakeholders to ensure listings, continuous availability and activation of the products range on the site, manage customer investment negotiations for national activations as needed, drive Joint Business Planning initiatives for omni-
channel clients, execution control and ROI evaluation),
Trade Marketing & Activity Planning (Support Customer Range Planning / Selection (with input from brand activation, Plan and execute customer marketing activities and promotions in collaboration with the Brand Activation team, Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to increase the impact and ROI of activation across the entire digital funnel)
Data Analysis and Reporting (In collaboration with the analytics teams, monitor KPIs in order to deliver on objectives and accelerate business growth, Monitor the online analytics tools if relevant for the customer portfolio and take corrective action steps when the online implementation KPIs fail to adhere with target (e.
g. number of reviews, rich digital content, frequent out-of-stocks etc)
Financial (Sales and spending forecasting, manage and track the allocated budget & maintain the respective audit trails, Deliver on revenue and profit targets )
3+ years sales or KA management experience in international company
Experience in management of strategic accounts.
University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field (Bachelor / Master / Diploma)
Excellent Excel Skills
English - fluent, upper-intermediate
Selling & negotiation skills in international environment, preferably acquired in an international / global company with high seasonality
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
Understanding of online / digital metrics
Analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data
