Job Description Industry Technical Specialist (ITS) is a customer-facing business consumption role. It is a commissionable position, works in collaboration with Account Executives.
ITS is responsible for Deal Wins technical support and Intel technology enablement in regional focused accounts (Cloud and Communications Service Providers, Enterprise and Government) by influencing and advocating Intel based products and solutions for all of Intel's Business units.
ITS manages Proof-of-Concept projects, supports benchmarking and product evaluation on customer side. Makes demos, presents technical materials, delivers trainings and publishes white papers ITS collaborates with partners (Multi-
National Corporations, Original Equipment Manufacturers, System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors and other ecosystem players) to bring max Intel value to the business.
Knows partners' product lines and business and articulates Intel value in front of competition As a trusted technical adviser, ITS engages technical decision makers to drive awareness and early adoption of new Intel technologies, platforms and products The ITS will also be expected to meet or exceed his / her annual quota of Deal Wins and be seen and perceived as a trusted advisor by his / her key stakeholders at the covered customers.
Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent professional experience) 3 years of customer facing experience (or equivalent) and demonstrated ability to articulate the benefits of complex technologies and solutions Solid knowledge of Data Center's Compute, Networks and Storage Technologies Have a good grasp and some hands-
on experience on Cloud concepts and technologies Demonstrated ability to work in pair with Sales / Account Executive counterparts Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluency in Russian and English
