Role : Account Manager (B2B)

Functions :

  • Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN's mission : financial life at fingertips for people's economic freedom.
  • Enlighten the road to hit the target with "a single bullet" with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritisation.
  • Facilitate all B2B clients interactions with the company and increase customer retention by delivering high-end and customer-oriented services
  • Assist startups to create and fill in landing pages with the most relevant and useful information for potential investors
  • Guide customers all along the way of their Initial Exchange Offering / secondary listing / liquidity support and tailor solutions for their needs
  • Control and en-reach co-marketing and PR activities execution, analyze conversions of the attracted visitors, determine and test strong hypotheses to increase users’ engagement into trading / IEO contribution
  • Run airdrops and referral programs for the clients
  • Be clients needs-oriented, build industry-best customer support by putting highest priority on clients issues and shortening resolution time
  • Requirements :

  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Passion for intensive growth and responsibility;
  • Ability to achieve impact and get things done;
  • SMM / Marketing experience is a plus;
  • Experience in blockchain / crypto industry is a plus;
  • Previous experience in client relationship management is a plus.
  • Has outstanding problem solving and critical reasoning skills
  • Likely has read Ben Horowitz or Ray Dalio or Jeff Sutherland
  • Likely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it implies a conflict between clients' and personal goals
  • Is loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded, transparent and definitely puts the interest of clients first
