Develop and deploy commercialization plans of RRP in the Communication ChannelsLead negotiations and support effective business relationship with potential partners and internal clientsSuggest new consumer engagement mechanics based on field observations and testsCollaborate with service providing companies, manage the quality of provided services, identify opportunities and bottlenecks, suggest means of improvement Assure smooth operations of Communication Channels, compliance of quality and mechanics with standards and guidelinesMaintain the high level of support for legal age smokers for fully conversion to RRP with external and internal clients establish productive relations with the above. University degree1Y+ field experience1Y+ field experience in Consumer Engagement (or experience in executing activities for consumers in FMCG sector) is an advantageDeveloped leadership skills, leading negotiations with suppliers and trade partnersExcellent communication skillsAgility and skills to act in ambiguityExcellent analytical skillsMS Office advanced userRussian language fluentEnglish language is a plusValid driving license B (1Y+).
