Vacancy Budget and Reporting Manager is open in a foreign manufacturing company : Responsibilities : Internal and Group management information reporting and any ad-

  • hoc analysis in line with Group reporting standards; Develop monthly and quarterly reports and other ad hoc reports to highlight business issues and make recommendations for performance improvement and ensure these reports are produced by the agreed deadlines;
  • Provide insightful reporting and analysis to management to facilitate effective decision making; Lead process improvements to increase the quality and timeliness of managerial info;
  • Lead the annual budget, monthly forecasts and strategic plan activities together with the local management; Work with local management teams to understand variances from Plan and report these to senior management in an appropriate format;
  • Preparation and analysis of transformation costs; Develop financial models to evaluate sales growth initiatives and cost reduction opportunities and make recommendations for improving the overall profit;
  • Support and / or lead ad hoc analysis and tasks. Job requirements : University diploma in accounting / finance; 5 years of relevant financial experience with audit, accounting, analysis and planning preferably in manufacturing company and multinational organizations;
  • Management experience 5 years; IFRS and Russian GAAP deep understanding and practical experience; Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English.

    Turkish will be an advantage; Advance knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential and SAP, Hyperion knowledge would be plus.

  • Qualifications : Leadership with ability to increase level of department professional level and ability to delegate; Change management ability to improve and change historically things into right things;
  • Systematic and analytical approach; Effective planning and organizational skills; Good communication and presentation skills, both oral and written;
  • Self-motivated and flexible in working time with ability to work overtimes when needed.
