A higher professional degree inTechnogenic Safety or similar process safety related disciplines, a higherprofessional degree plus a second (professional postgraduate) degree inindustrial safety.
At least 3 years of practicalexperience in safe working practices.
Command of English : Intermediate orhigher level.
Knowledgeable in labour, fireprotection, industrial and environmental safety related legislation of theRussian Federation, international ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards.
Advanced PC skills.
Keyjob responsibilities :
Maintaining Company health, safetyand security system.
Implementing, monitoring andensuring employees’ are trained in Company-adopted policies, procedures andstandards.
Ensuring compliance with HSE relatedlaws and regulations by Company departments, being proactive in preventinginjuries and occupational illnesses, in creating healthy and safe workenvironment, providing working condition fringe benefits to employees.
Keeping employees informed onworkplace environment and safety, existing job hazards, fringe benefitsemployees are entitled to depending on work conditions (physically demanding,hazardous jobs, harmful work environments and other specific workingconditions), on personal protection equipment and measures of protection fromharmful and hazardous industrial factors.
Ensuring Company employees are in atimely manner provided safety clothes, footwear and other PPEs, healthynutrition, milk and other foods of equal value.
Monitoring condition and integrityof personal and collective protection equipment.
Identifying demand in and managingthe provision of safety trainings, conducting induction trainings, supervisingprovisioning of induction trainings (initial, refresher, off-schedule, toolbox)to employees in all HSE-relating aspects.
Ensuring the provision of specificwork environment assessments and participating in the activities of theassessment board.
Setting the HSE Department budgetand controlling its execution.
Identifying employees required toundergo and organizing execution of mandatory preliminary pre-employment andperiodic medical examinations, pre- / post-trip and pre- / post-workshift medicalcheck-ups.
Providing guidance to CompanyManagers in developing new and reviewing existing HSE procedures as well as incompiling programs to have employees trained in safe working practices.
Initiating HSE incidents andoccupational illnesses investigations, analyzing causes of workplace injuries,occupational illnesses, issuing action plans to prevent them.
Cooperating with government andsupervisory authorities, representing the Company during the course of HSEcompliance inspections.
