We’re hiring a Sales Effectiveness Specialist!

Your Challenge :

  • Control executing of the sales plan South area.
  • Weekly reporting to manager about sales progress in regions, competitor’s activity, pricing etc.
  • Collaborative visits to farms with Sales representatives. Couching, feedback. Development of Sales representatives sales skills, improving agricultural and product knowledge.
  • Bottom up controllership of Sales representatives activity (check reports in SFDC) weekly, communicate with Territory Sales Managers to straitening empowerment the Sales representatives team.

    Sales skills assessment each of Sales representative in South Area before 9 BOX assessment.

  • Creating a new vision of the Territory planning for the South area with Area Sales Manager. Get an approval from Sales Effectiveness Manager and Country Sales Manager to implement new Territory Plan.
  • Development of evaluation criteria’s in 9 BOX annually. Organize 9 Box assessment meeting with each Territory Sales team.
  • Organization of trainings for Sales representatives. Development of specialized training materials (field, product, customer objections, etc.
  • Conducting training program : A-B modules for Pioneer teams and Corteva s teams.

  • Supporting Corteva s innovative program for launch new products to the market.
  • Create initiatives for increasing sales and share with sales team.
