DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare & keep all statuary HR documents required by legislation

Track amendments to Regulation to unsure documentation up-to dated

Proceed with all hiring / terminations documents and communication

Work closely with Payroll, provide all documents in timely manner

Work closely with Supervisors / Managers to track absence and timekeeping data

Establish and maintain filing system

Ensure all statuary documentations are in place for accurate time keeping (personal / sick leaves, vacations and etc.)

Prepare and submit all Statuary reports in timely manner

Coordinate migration activities through external provider

Add / remove employees to corporate health and life & accidents insurance plan

Keep 1C and Oracle system up-to-dated

Assist with corporate reports for All RU / CIS

Prepare HR Admin written communication

Ensure all HR systems are up to date and accurate per processes updating HR Systems where applicable

Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager

Skills and knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.

Working knowledge within an HR support function and / or

Working knowledge with a business administration function

Demonstrated history of achieving performance related targets (kpi’s, metrics)

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated Project Management Experience

Process Development and Improvement experience

Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (including good command of Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, Outlook)

Demonstrated use of Work Supported Systems

Strong knowledge of Labour Code of the Russian Federation

Strong knowledge of HR record keeping

Language :

English - Full Professional Proficiency

SharePoint

HR Systems including Oracle HCM and Taleo

Analytical skills
