The METRO team in Russia is more than 14 thousand employees. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and result-oriented HR Business Partner to support Operation function in Siberia region .
The HR Business Partner supports full cycle people-related activities including employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and culture building.
This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, making sure great internal customer focus, and driving people processes excellence to support Operations in achieving their business goals.
Responsibilities : Analyze Operation’s business challenges in the region to identify ways to support business in people processes areas.
Analyze business needs in areas such as recruitment, performance management, capability building, employee relations, compensation, career development and employee engagement and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas in the region.
Partner with Operations managers (District / Regional Manager, Store Managers in Siberia region) and HR colleagues to make sure support of regional as well as central initiatives effective communication and execution in the region / stores.
Support managers in organizational structure changes. Consult managers regarding company’s policies and practices. Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and employees when appropriate.
Lead and actively participate in Operation and HR projects to create maximum value for the business. Manager and develop the team of HR Managers in the region (12 employees).
Readiness to regular business trips within the region. Requirements : Higher education 3 years proven work experience as an HR business partner (preferably in Retail / Wholesale and FMCG industries) Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining people programs and tools Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as excellent interpersonal and coaching skill Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization -
formally and informally Strong client-focused mind-set, ability to build valuable relationships and collaboration Strong time management skills, attention to details and the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment Proven work experience with HR metrics Thorough knowledge of labor legislation English -
