The Role :
In this position you will be part of the Brand Activation team for Russia. You will be responsible for implementing both consumer and customer brand activation within the brand.
This brand is a leading one from the company portfolio with high focus from the management.
Direct Report to Marketing Director
Marketing responsibilities :
Drive the execution of brand retail activation plans; by collaborating with the Consumer Product team (merchandizing strategies / planograms, tent poles and promotions, POP).
Manage local media agency for the execution of brand marketing activities across all different media channels.
Team up with the Digital Marketing Manager, to combine your market knowledge with his online expertise, for optimal presence of your brands on the web.
Continuously track and evaluate the performance of your efforts, and if necessary adapt you actions for the future.
Assist the Marketing Director in the strategy development for Russia market; with deep expertise on retail dynamics and shopper behaviour.
Together with the sales team and your management you will collaborate to design the sales forecasts, all in store promotions and the development of POS materials.
Together you will also participate in customer meetings.

The Candidate :
Higher degree in Economics, Marketing or any other related field
2 years in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or Retail
Self-motivated profile, with high-level of Project Management skills
Both capacities to be independent and to be a team player
Ability to deliver high performance on execution topics and to bring valuable input in the strategy
Hands on profile with active attitude
