As a member of Abbott s Global Talent Acquisition Team, the Sales Force Recruiting Team Leader is responsible for driving and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy, for all Sales Force Recruiting Abbott businesses in Russia.

In this role, you will act as a main point of contact and key adviser to the internal clients (Hiring Managers, National Sales Managers) on talent acquisition process and efforts and will be expected to drive strategies to attract top quality talent into the organization.

This role partners closely with Business and HR Leaders, as well as additional functional leadership of the organization.

The position reports directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Russia & CIS and leads a team of 2-3 people as a player-coach.

Core Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide Talent Advisory support to the HR and Divisional / Functional Leadership team of the assigned business units for specific talent needs, including general hiring, growth plans, expansions and proactive talent scouting.
  • Develop, present and align with internal stakeholders on a talent acquisition strategy for the assigned business units, aimed at meeting the business needs.
  • Consult and influence via recommendations based on data / analytics and best practices.
  • Adapt existing recruitment activities to changing market conditions.
  • Liaise with Hiring managers to provide best-in-class staffing support to respective functional client team(s), with a goal of filling open roles with qualified external talent while achieving target metrics.
  • Drive sourcing strategies focusing on economical talent sources.
  • Support the company employment brand activities as appropriate.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of recruitment professionals. Oversee the performance of direct report(s), including setting their annual objectives and development plan.
  • Participate in / Lead cross-boarded projects, focused on improving processes, results, as well as candidate / manager experience and quality of hire.
  • Partner with the EMEA Talent acquisition team on cross-country projects and initiatives.
  • Education / Qualifications :

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Effective operational proficiency in English (both oral and written)
  • Strong capabilities to combine roles of team manager and player-coach (you will have your portfolio of vacancies).
  • Competitive drive, proactivity, agility, strong work ethic, and motivation to learn, grow and succeed.
  • Min. 4 year recruitment experience within a customer-facing professional business environment.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading a recruiting function and people leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong focus on high-performance standards and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead in a complex matrix environment.
  • Ability to build professional partnership relations and manage business expectation and satisfaction
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influential skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
