Офис ООО Тойота Мотор в Москве объявляет конкурс на вакансию Старший PR специалист отдела маркетинговых коммуникаций Тойота в отдел информационных технологий.

Key function :

  • Development and implementation of brand & product PR communication based on strategic tasks
  • Ensure relevant key messages delivery to the audience
  • Responsibilities :

  • PR Communication road maps development based on strategic task or product launch : activities, media selection, special projects initiation
  • Ensure PR agency understanding of TMR strategic direction, business goals and current tactic tasks
  • Timely and comprehensive briefing of all stakeholders for PR projects with clear roles and responsibilities split & deadlines
  • Quantitative and qualitative analyses of all activities : key messages delivery to audience / product perception / projects efficiency & counter-measures development & implementation
  • Communication materials development coordination and issue (press-releases / press-kits / Q&As / speeches / official letters etc.
  • compliance to current strategy needs

  • Special projects initiation & coordination (expeditions, sport & motorsport activities, filming, editorials, partnerships etc.)
  • Media events organization online / offline, Russia / abroad (full chain from supplier search & briefing & budget control to event media follow up)
  • Crisis management (risk / crisis identification, anti-crisis PR plan development & implementation)
  • Interviews with top management / official comments arrangement : planning and supervision in line with Corporate & Brand communication strategies tasks
  • Work with influencers (bloggers, celebs, sportsmen) : necessity & role identification, selection, briefing, efficiency tracking
  • Media relations (including tactic media plan development & implementation, follow up) : personal contact with Tier1
  • Social Media coordination (involvement only on project base)
  • CSR (development of activities relevant to business needs & implementation)
  • Sustainable & regular reporting of PR efficiency to management based on fixed processes
  • Sustain clear and transparent process for all projects
  • Budget for own projects approval, coordination and challenging based
  • Regular study of PR best practices RU and other markets and new activities ideation
  • Experience & personal qualification :

  • Education : PR, political science, GR, journalisme, integrated marketing communications
  • Work experience in PR&SM, integrated communications sphere : 3 years minimum (automotive industry is not mandatory)
