The Order Management Lead / Trainer will guideand oversee the Order Management team. Drives solution-oriented decisions,collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to ensure orders areprocessed accurately and efficiently.
Contributes to the company’s overallorder management strategy to help ensure we have a seamless and efficientquote-to-cash process.

Expert Super-User of department toolsand will gain exposure to other organizations and their tools.Works with management to develop effectivetraining plans that will enhance skill level and cross training knowledgethroughout the team.
Develop trainingprograms to train employees and meet the needs of the organization.
Understand theneeds of the employees to develop or assess training materials that will helpemployees understand the subjects being taught.
Present to groupsof employees, speak interpersonally with individuals, report to management andmeet with vendors.
Provides administrative support at aspecialist level. Incumbents are highly proficient in a broad range ofactivities related to their job.
May act as a lead or mentor to more juniortechnical or administrative support personnel.
Expect a high volume of verbal andwritten customer interaction.May act asTeam Leader in approval of resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversight and accountability to theOrder Management team’s data integrity during the order entry process.
Provides input, capture, andimplementation of new metrics.
Provides input towards team skilldevelopment and assessment.
Supports internal audits as needed.
Ensure timely follow up / resolutionof outstanding issues and point of escalation.
Here’s what we’ll need from you :
Minimum Requirements :
EducationRequirements.BS degree (or equivalent)in Business, Finance or related field is required. Additional work experiencein lieu of a degree may be considered.
Musthave 8+ years of experience in Order Management or other Sales Operations role.
Extensiveexperience with 1C is a key requirement.
2-3years of experience mentoring and training.
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.
Demonstratedability to develop and deliver meaningful and interesting presentations.
Preferred Skills :
Experiencemanaging and leading projects.
Orderto Cash experience.
Medical / LifeSciences work experience.
