JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for handling inquiries, requests and / or issues from the business for company products / services as well as clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handles difficult customer situations and will take their issues / concerns / complaints to completion
Provides ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, improve customer experience and / or specific clinical treatments
Responsible for providing assistance to the sales organization
Provides input to research and development to improve existing products / services and develop new ones
Collaborates with other departments, such as Manufacturing, Marketing, Education, Sales, Customer Support
Investigates product safety incidences and report this on CRM system. Also involved in clinical hotline, inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and educate customers
Will be required to travel to deliver educational events as part of structured certification / education programs for customers and visit customers in their offices (deep dive education)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills)
Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed
Internet and social media savvy
Skill in establishing priorities, and handling multiple projects simultaneously
Solid problem solving ability and ability to manage details
Appropriate sense of urgency
Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience. May have a Master’s Degree with 0-12 months of experience
Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, biology, chemistry or related discipline; or combination of education and equivalent work experience required.
Requires a Bachelor Degree, or may have a Master’s Degree from a four-year university.
