We are looking for IEO Product manager, IEO Analyst and Account managers to enhance the quality of the projects, their fundraising campaign effectiveness, and conversion into loyal platform users.

To do :

You can start from a junior account management role and take the following responsibilities when / if ready :

  • Manage fundraising campaigns : ensure the campaign is planned well by the project and traffic / conversions goals are met.
  • Contribute to the IEO product development from projects discovery to contributions, from sourcing great projects to fundraising campaign automation.

  • Maximize the quality of the projects, traffic, and fundraising value, conversion into LATOKEN retaining users.
  • Control and coordinate marketing initiatives of our clients under the supervision of marketing manager;
  • Timely respond to client's questions, keep outstanding reply speed;
  • Make sure the client’s queries are resolved, work closely with technical support;
  • Be responsible for client's satisfaction and fulfillment of our obligations;
  • Upsell of company's main products. Manage fundraising campaigns : ensure the campaign is planned well by the project and traffic / conversions goals are met;
  • Contribute to the IEO product development from projects discovery to contributions, from sourcing great projects to fundraising campaign automation;
  • Maximize the quality of the projects, traffic, and fundraising value, conversion into LATOKEN retaining users.
  • Requirements :

  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Passion for intensive growth and responsibility;
  • Ability to achieve impact and get things done;
  • SMM / Marketing experience is a plus;
  • Experience in blockchain / crypto industry is a plus;
  • Previous experience in client relationship management is a plus.
  • Will be an advantage :

  • Experience of working for ICO / IEO campaigns or investment experience in 5+ ICOs
  • Experience in international sales or marketing is an advantage plus
