Your Responsibilities :
The role will be accountable for evaluating all SKUs& Brands from the pricing standpoint to optimise the contribution / profitability and proposals for new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation across all GSK products including CEP, innovative assets, vaccines and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.
Manage E2E pricing processes including TP setting, TFP, List price setting
Manage and ensure compliance to the Pricing policies, price approval requirements and systems
Work with commercial teams to perform financial evaluation to assess pricing action effectiveness.
Represent GSK in industry association re all matters related to pricing
Lead all externally driven projects related to pricing including price referencing, tender pricing and etc
Work closely with commercials and be a lead in conducting price elasticity studies
Be a lead link to above country pricing networks to ensure that LOC is gaining maximum value and adhere to all corporate requirements related to pricing
Work closely with commercial teams to identify competitor solution / pricing threats, mitigation strategies, and the impact those can pose
Prepare pricing reviews and present pricing strategy / approach to leadership in a clear and compelling manner
Work closely with commercial and market access teams to define the best pricing strategy related to regional and federal reimbursements
Manage and lead price registration processes across the organization whenever this is required
Be an expert in all external price databases
Basic qualifications :
Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
Experience in analyzing and presenting complex data in an easy-to-understand format. Ability to communicate technically-
complex subject matter to all levels of the organization.
Strong partnership and influencing skills
Good communicator and presenter
Strong sense of urgency capabilities
Strong business understanding and commercial acumen capabilities
Strong analytical skills and organizational skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
Extremely strong computer skills with exceptional proficiency in Excel
Fluency in English
Preferred qualifications :
Healthcare and / or pharmaceutical experience desirable.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement a plus
