Main Job Objective :

In this role FAE is responsible for technical and design-in support of BL SIS products (+ cross selling) with customers on the assigned territory

  • Cross selling of NXP productsMCU / MPUConnectivity and processingReader ICs and infrastructure
  • Key Areas of Responsibility - Business Development .

    Business Creation

    In this role FAE is responsible for providing regular technical and design-in support by :

  • Driving demand creation and design-in activity at defined customers in close cooperation with BD / AM managers and Product (Marketing) managers
  • Building and maintaining close relationships with focus regional customers and ecosystems' partners in pro-active manner by :
  • updating customer's knowledge on BL SIS products
  • driving customer technical meetings
  • providing technical product trainings (if necessary involving the 2nd line support).
  • Communicating market feedback and (technical) insights into customers future needs to Market Segments Teams
  • Collecting and sharing market intelligence data and information on competitors' activities
  • Minimal requirements :

  • At least 5 years of related working experience in technical support domain at international companies
  • Experience in secured technologies and smart-card business
  • Good communication skills, readiness to help and support customers to solve their needs
