Job Title : International Sales & Recruitment Manager
Reports to : VP of Sales
Probation length : 3 months
Working hours : Monday Friday 10 : 00 19 : 00 (GMT +3)
You tasks :
Selling higher education and academic products through answering
inbound calls and making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and quotes in both English and Russian
Contacting every lead to maximise sales opportunities and progressing each lead to ensure upsell and cross sell opportunities through phone and email
Building strong customer rapport through a high quality of written and oral communications and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge
Completing all required administration and recording of sales through
CRM system and other business systems
Building strong relationships with team members and providing flexible and prompt support at all times

Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to respond to effectively in a changing environment and able to anticipate future needs
Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a range of competing demands

$350 + % agreed on the interview.
Average salary per month is $800, for a probationary period.
