This position is opened at Fisher Clinical Services LLC (Podol'sk, Moscow Region).
What you will do :
Performs monthly closing activities including journal entries, accruals, reporting and analysis according US GAAP and Russian accounting standards in CODA, HFM and 1C 1C : Enterprise
Payroll and Payroll Taxes calculation, preparation of statutory Social taxes reports and submission it to the Tax authorities, Social Insurance and Pension funds.
Supports internal and external audit requirements, participation in annual statutory audit based on Russian accounting standards.
Exercise sound data stewardship - following data policies (retention, privacy, security) and detailing procedures
Drive continuous improvement and utilizes systems to increase controls and efficiencies
Ensure effective data security and controls within ERP, financial systems, and data flows
Other ad-hoc duties as required and / or assigned
How you will get here :
An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is required
Minimum of 4+ years of finance and accounting experience
Excellent understanding of financial accounting standards and internal controls
Ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong finance acuity
Solid understanding of Excel (, financial models and analysis), 1C : Enterprise, PowerPoint, and Hyperion is desired
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Takes personal accountability for decisions and actions
Challenges the status quo. Introduces and proactively seeks out new insights and solutions to strengthen our performance.
Flexibility to work as required at busy times such as month-end, statutory quarter end, annual reporting period
