A typical day at work :

Your main responsibility within a team would be to field and elaborate incoming calls from our customers touching product usage, promo conditions, repairs issues etc.

Besides, you would also be responsible for consumers' requests via digital channel. One of your responsibilities would also be cross-

sales, but only for accessories and spare parts category. You would also input necessary data in the corporate database and provide in-

time reporting, based on company's policies.

  • High education.
  • 2+ years of experience in contact center, preferably in consumer electronics sphere.
  • General knowledge of IT systems used in contact centers.
  • MS Office Knowledge (Excel is a must).
  • Required languages :
  • Native Russian;
  • Basic English.
