This position reports directly to the CEO and is based in our Moscow office, but will have responsibilities for hiring technical professionals globally.
For SegmentStream, a recruiter is a vital and visible role. We are looking for someone who'll become the evangelist and the face of the company for all potential hires and people looking for a gateway into our company.

Customers include market leaders such as Lamoda, Nespresso, United Colours of Benetton, New Balance, Eventim Group, MyToys, and many other leading brands.

Key responsibilities include :
Write compelling job descriptions and post jobs to boards and social networks;
Search for potential candidates that match our target criteria & invite them to our positions;
Schedule phone screens & in-person meetings with prospective candidates;
Effectively "sell" our company, vision, and position;
Guide candidates through all the hiring steps;
Manage the overall hiring process with internal Hiring Managers;
Make sure new hires are successfully on-boarded and passed probation period;
Hire, manage and control external recruiters and agencies to scale our recruiting resources;
Expected outcomes :
Build a team composed of 90% of A-players by the end of 2020
Ensure consistent use of the A Method for Hiring by all managers in 3 months
Be able to sell the company to any A-player of any role from any top-tier company without founders being involved. Less than 20% of potential candidates reject to meet with us.
Less than 10% of candidates reject our offers.
Implement a consistent sourcing process so that we always have at least 10-50 candidates for each role in our internal database.
Hiring proper people that fit the role. More than 90% pass a probation period.
Good English (C1 / C2);
Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring mid and senior-level engineers, product designers, and product managers;
Experience designing interview processes to match desired competencies and hard-skills;
Experience recruiting in a high-growth technology or startup environment;
You find exceptional people and put them in positions to succeed;
You bring great attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities;
You can artfully and convincingly tell the story of your company and communicate its unique selling points and potential;
